Nice hotel, good location, not at downtown but very near an important commercial area, very good services and excellent prices, I totally recommend it.

This is by US standards a budget hotel. Approximately $35 USD a night but comparable to a place $70-80 a night depending on location. The single bed is a queen and the double is somewhere between a twin and full. A basic breakfast is served daily. There is no gym or pool, but you can't beat the price point for a clean room, comfy bed, and fluffy pillow. They have a small store at the front desk and the Walmart is a 4 minute walk away.

Let's be honest for the price, you could find another hotel. The only reasons that save this place from being a complete downfall is that is had a great location. There is a shopping center that is really close and restaurants to eat near as well. The staff here are helpful. When I stayed here it was very empty, no one around.

No extra service here, but the hotel is new and clean with Wi-Fi and some kind of breakfast in the morning. Wouldn't go for a vacation but this was all I needed for my business trip.

My experience at One Puebla Serdan was good, the room was good, comfortable and silent, and the breakfast included was very pleasant. The location is good, near a mall and important avenues of the city.
